Winemaker’s Notes

Aged in new French oak from Tonnellerie Berger, a small cooperage in Bordeaux, this wine shows aromas of dried cherry, plum, leather and cigar box spice, with well balanced acidity, lively fruit by mouth with a chewy mid-mouth and pleasant mocha/oak finish.
