Winemaker’s Notes

This wine was fermented slowly at low temperatures to allow for complete development and to retain the fermentation bouquet and the wonderful fruit and floral flavors of chardonnay were expressed: citrus flower, quava, kumquat, lychee, and sliced green apple. Fermenting at low temperatures in stainless assures a crisp and varietaly focused white wine, the purest essence of the chardonnay grape.
