The Sauvignon Blanc was picked cool and immediately crushed and pressed to enhance varietal character. Flavors and aromas of ripe melon and fragrant honeysuckle; bright citrus and grassy gooseberry. By mouth the flavors are coupled to a smooth texture and medium weight palate.
