New Release! 2011 Sauvignon Blanc
The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of musque clones from Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley, blended with a touch of Viognier for its lovely aromatics.
It greets you with fresh grapefruit and lemon aromas, subtle hints of passionfruit and lychee and a vibrant acidity on the palate. Two-thirds of this vintage was fermented in stainless steel, which maintained its bright fruit characteristics, while one-third spent time in neutral oak, lengthening and deepening its finish.
This Sauvignon Blanc is a terrific wine to enjoy on its own, and with its savory characteristics and lively acidity you will also find it pairs perfectly with a wide variety of summer fare.
